Here at A Good Thing we're all about making the world a better place, but we understand that (despite everyone’s best intentions) things do not always work out.

If you have a concern or a complaint about anything to do with A Good Thing, please let us know using the email address below. We will aim to respond to your complaint within one week if it relates directly to A Good Thing. If your complaint also covers external organisations that use the platform, we may need 14 days to come back to you with an initial response.

We'll do everything we can to resolve your complaint to the best of our ability and obtain an outcome that's satisfactory to everyone involved.
