How it works
It's very simple! (Think Airbnb or eBay)
- Business creates an offer
- Offer sent to local charities
- Charities submit requests
- Business selects a charity
- Details exchanged
- Charity picks up items (in most cases)
Walk me through it, step by step
The same match seen from both sides. Read down whichever column applies to you.
If you're a business
- 1Sign up and list the items you no longer need.
- 2Your offer goes live to charities in your area, who can request it.
- 3You choose which charity receives it, and we put you in touch.
- 4The charity normally collects. It couldn't be simpler!
If you're a charity
- 1Sign up to be notified about items on offer near you, or browse the live offers.
- 2See something you need? Make a request with a short note about why.
- 3If the business picks your charity, we put you in touch.
- 4You arrange collection at a time that suits you both.
