A wonderful charity that donates pyjamas to children in hospital is seeking donations

The Children’s Hospital Pyjamas charity is on a mission to spread love through comfort by providing PJs to children to keep them snug throughout their time in the hospital. The demand for new sleepwear is high and they’re on the search for new donations.

The Charity:

Children’s Hospital Pyjamas collects donations of brand new pyjamas from the public and businesses, which the charity then donates to hospitals, hospices, school hospital teams and women’s refuges up and down the country. These are given to poorly or less fortunate children who are inpatients.

The charity believes no child wants to be in hospital, but if they have to be, they do not want to be wearing a hospital gown. The charity is on a mission to ensure that all children who are inpatients (for whatever reason) in their receiving hospitals, are gifted a brand new pair of comfy pyjamas.

The pyjamas are sent with love so that each child who receives a pair knows that someone is thinking of them and wishing them a speedy recovery.

The Project:

The charity is currently collecting donations and raising money to supply enough PJs to cover 127 different establishments in the UK.

The Ask:

  • New pyjamas for children aged 0 - 18

Can you help?

Do you have any new pyjamas that you would be able to donate?

If you do, the charity will be thrilled!

Please go to www.agoodthing.org.uk and click on ‘Sign up’. It takes 30 seconds to register with us, and you can then post the item(s) you’re offering.
